We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with any seals intact.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded once opened:
- Skincare, makeup, and other beauty products
- Personal care and hygiene items
- Food and consumable items
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
Collectibles and plush must be returned unused, with tags and packaging intact.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
