Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates (United States)

• Standard shipping: $8.00 flat rate
• Free shipping: on all orders over $125
• In-store pickup: FREE — pick up at our shop in Rowland Heights, CA

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

In-store pickup

Prefer to grab it in person? Select In-store pickup at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready — usually the same day. Pick up at:

Delivery time

Standard domestic delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed packages

D2C Collection is not responsible for carrier delays, but we're happy to help you track down a lost package. Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once shipped, and re-shipping costs for undeliverable orders may apply.
